What to expect: After our welcome bites, Jess will guide you through a nourishing heart-opening yin yoga practice and soundscape with alchemy crystal singing bowls, tuning forks and chimes. These healing instruments help to stimulate a deep cellular remembrance of the peace and harmony that already lives within you, leaving you teeling more centered, at ease and deeply connected. Belle will be offering an array of food and beverages specifically designed for this retreat. With a focus on plant-based nutrition, she will use ingredients cultivated from her own garden, guaranteeing that you enjoy the freshest produce available. Additionally, Belle will host a tea workshop, where she will teach you how to create soothing herbal blends that are ideal for the milder seasons, helping you thrive during this transitional time. About your hosts: Jessica has been practicing the art of stillness and meditation for 10+ years. Through the tapestry of sound, yoga, womb massage and energy healing, she recognizes her path to help guide people inward, in reconnection with their true nature for greater fulfillment and happiness. Belle has had a passion for cooking since childhood. Growing up in a culturally rich environment, she was immersed in a blend of Ugandan and British cuisines. Through her journey into natural nutrition, supported by Traditional Chinese Medicine and Ayurvedic courses, Belle has discovered how to harness the power of food for longevity, firmly believing that food is the finest form of medicine.
