Family Event: Halloween Craft & Campfire at Tyland Barn

Celebrate Halloween with us, with an autumnal natural craft, a hot chocolate, and toasted marshmallow around the campfire! It's nearly Halloween! Celebrate some of the spooky wildlife often associated with this time of year with a morning in the great outdoors. We'll be getting creative with a craft session before enjoying the autumn scenery at Tyland Barn. After exploring, we'll settle down around a campfire to enjoy a warming hot chocolate and toast a sweet treat. This year you'll get the chance to make your very own seasonal sun catcher! Collect fallen leaves of various colours to create a unique display and catch those gorgeous oranges, reds and yellows in the autumnal sunshine. Take it home and hang it up somewhere it can be enjoyed on those cosy days ahead. This event will mostly take place outdoors, so please ensure everyone is wearing practical, comfortable clothing suitable for the day's weather conditions. We go ahead in most weathers, but extreme wind or rain may mean this event needs to be amended or postponed for safety reasons. In this situation, you will be contacted as soon as possible with further information. Children must be supervised at all times by their accompanying adult. We find people often like to bring large groups to these events, so to help with capacity and ensure as many children as possible can attend we charge a small amount for any adults attending above one per child.
