Move With Intention

There are no dance routines to learn, no choreography and absolutely no judgement. Whether you want to dance, sway, stretch, walk or simply close your eyes and move gently, this is your time to move in whatever way feels right for you. We'll finish the evening with a few minutes of quiet relaxation on yoga mats before enjoying a cup of tea and the chance to connect with other women. Come exactly as you are and leave feeling lighter than when you arrived. Please arrive 10 minutes early to complete a Participation Declaration. The session will start promptly at 6:30. What to expect • A welcoming, women-only environment • Wireless silent disco headphones provided • A carefully curated playlist taking you on an uplifting journey • Freedom to move however feels natural to you • A few minutes of quiet relaxation on yoga mats • Tea and the opportunity to chat afterwards What to wear Please wear comfortable clothing that you can move freely in. There's no need for sportswear unless that's what you feel most comfortable wearing. Bare feet, socks or trainers are all welcome. What to bring • A bottle of water • A mug for tea • A yoga mat if you have one (if not, we'll have some available) • A blanket or small cushion if you'd like extra comfort during the relaxation • An open mind Please note This is a gentle wellbeing experience rather than a fitness or dance class. You are encouraged to move at your own pace and only in ways that feel comfortable for your body. By attending, you acknowledge that you are responsible for exercising within your own physical limits. If you have any injuries, medical conditions or concerns, please consult a healthcare professional before attending. If at any point you feel uncomfortable, you are welcome to pause or rest.
