It’s a lovely time to slow things down, clear your head and create a little space for yourself. You’ll settle down comfortably while I take you through a relaxing sound journey using crystal singing bowls, Tibetan singing bowl, gong and other therapeutic instruments, allowing the sounds and vibrations to wash over you. What to bring 🧘‍♀️ Please bring a yoga/exercise mat, blanket, pillow and water — basically anything that will help you feel warm and ridiculously comfy! Wear comfortable clothes and feel free to bring extra cushions or layers. Please arrive from 7:20pm ready for a 7:30pm start.To avoid disturbing the session once it has begun, unfortunately there can be no entry after 7:30pm. Spaces are limited so everyone has plenty of room to settle in comfortably. Come as you are, get cosy and give yourself an hour to pause, breathe and reset. 🌑✨
