Hundreds of Voices. One Incredible Cause! ❤️ Are you ready to take on the ultimate singing challenge? This December, we're bringing hundreds of singers together for an unforgettable evening of music, laughter, community spirit and fundraising, all in support of Cancer Research UK! 🎤 THE CHALLENGE Together, we're going to attempt to sing 100 songs in just ONE NIGHT! Don't worry, we're not singing 100 full songs! Instead, you'll be guided through exciting, fast-paced medleys featuring some of the biggest hits from across the decades. Expect everything from pop and rock to musicals, Disney, 80s, 90s, Christmas classics and huge party anthems! With lyrics displayed on a big screen and an experienced choir leader guiding everyone through the challenge, there's no need to learn 100 songs beforehand. 🎶 WHAT TO EXPECT • 🎵 100 songs packed into exciting themed medleys • 🎤 Hundreds of voices singing together • 😂 Fun audience challenges, sing-offs and spontaneous harmonies • ❤️ Powerful moments dedicated to those affected by cancer • 🏆 A huge celebration when we reach song number 100! • 💰 A grand fundraising total revealed towards the end of the evening The challenge will take place across two 45-minute halves, with a 20-minute interval ❤️ THE £100 FUNDRAISING CHALLENGE We're inviting every singer to take on an additional, completely optional £100 sponsorship challenge. Ask your friends, family and colleagues to sponsor you to complete all 100 songs, with the money raised supporting Cancer Research UK. Imagine what we could achieve together! 100 singers raising £100 = £10,000 200 singers raising £100 = £20,000 300 singers raising £100 = £30,000! That's potentially tens of thousands of pounds raised through the power of singing in just one night! And just before our final song, we'll reveal how much we've raised together. 🎟️ TICKETS & PARTICIPATION Tickets help cover the cost of the venue and event production, with any surplus donated to Cancer Research UK. The £100 sponsorship challenge is optional and separate from your ticket. Everyone is welcome! Whether you're a Buskerteers member, sing with another community choir or simply love singing, we'd love you to join us. 🌟 WHY WE'RE SINGING Cancer affects so many of us, and we want this event to be about more than just music. We'll sing to remember those we've lost, celebrate those who have survived, support those still fighting and recognise the incredible people working towards a future where more people survive cancer.
