Designed for absolute beginners, those who have tried before or those who have never been upside down in their lives! If handstands were on your 2026 Bingo card but you haven't quite started yet - let me help you out 😇 This handstand workshop is designed for absolute beginners - so whether you've ever tried kicking up or not, this is the one for you! In this workshop we're learning the fundamentals of a handstand, building strength in the correct position and building confidence upside down, so you leave with everything you need to know to practice safely on your own! What the session looks like: ⭐️Handstand fundamentals & body positioning ⭐️Shoulder stacking and core engagement ⭐️Safe kick-ups and wall drills ⭐️Building confidence upside down ⭐️Common mistakes (and how to fix them) Who should come? 🤸🏽 Complete beginners! 🤸🏽 Anyone who wants to learn Calisthenics but isn't sure where to start 🤸🏽 Anyone who wants to feel more confident upside down so they can practice at home/in the gym No prior handstand or Cali experience is needed - but those who have tried before are also welcome - regressions and options will be provided throughout.
