Sunday morning Breath & Beats - London

An uplifting conscious connected breathwork journey with optional sauna and ice integration afterwards. Stay for a juice/coffee in the cafe Breath & Beats is an immersive journey into the body through the power of music and breath. This is a space to breathe, feel, move and remember the power of coming together in shared experience In this journey we combine uplifting music with conscious connected breathwork to guide you into an expanded state of awareness. The rhythmic pulse of the music supports the breath, allowing you to move beyond the thinking mind and drop deeper into your body and heart. There is an option to use the ice baths and saunas after the breathwork! While this practice can still open the door to suppressed emotions, the invitation is to welcome everything. Joy, tenderness, power, vulnerability, movement, stillness — all are part of the experience. Through the breath, we create space to release stuck energy, heavy emotions and tension, opening the door for more joy, aliveness and connection. Inviting the body to respond naturally to the music and breath in whatever way feels right for you. As the music builds, the breath becomes a portal — inviting you into deeper layers of yourself where insight, emotional release and heart expansion can occur. Many people experience feelings of: • liberation • emotional release / release of tension • connection to self and others • heightened presence and clarity • an expanded sense of joy and vitality Breath is one of the most powerful tools we have to shift our state of consciousness. When paired with music that moves the body and opens the heart, it becomes a powerful pathway back to yourself. This space is held with care and intention by Natalie Steward from House of Now; an experienced breathwork facilitator who also works with sound and energy. A space which allows you to explore your inner world in a safe and supportive environment. The event will be at Wellnest; A listed railway arch on Crucifix Lane where you will find a Finnish sauna, a Himalayan salt sauna, six ice baths, a hot tub, a red light therapy room, and a cafe, juice bar. Wellnest is a 2 minute walk from London Bridge station Come as you are and leave feeling lighter, more alive and deeply connected. ✨ No experience necessary. The music will be upbeat and high vibrational creating a space that feels alive, energized and expansive. Breathwork, carries the following contraindications. If you are pregnant, have had recent surgery or suffer from cardiovascular/heart disease, anxiety disorder, psychosis, history of stroke, high blood pressure, epilepsy or glucoma, these modalities are NOT recommended. If any apply it is essential you let me know before attending the event. THIS IS A SOBER EVENT. Please do not consume alcohol/drugs before attending this event. If you plan to book the additional 60 minute self guideded sauna and ice session following the breathwork please remember your swimwear and a water bottle. Towels are provided
