SpAH Welcome Week: Intro To Adult Swim Lessons + Aqua Aerobics Taster

Come and try out Sport and Active Health's Swimming Pool Never learned how to swim and interested to see if it could be for you? Come and meet some of our fantastic and qualified Adult Learn to Swim Team and get a taste of what our Adult Learn to Swim Programme has to offer. Alternatively, our Aqua Aerobics Instructor will be on hand to lead you through a taster of a Water-Based Exercise Class and get you acquainted with our facilities. Appropriate Swimwear must be worn to these activities (no shorts or t-shirts, swimwear only) Location: SpAH Swimming Pool (Next to DUSA) *Please register on this Eventbrite page so we can monitor attendance.
