Come and try out Sport and Active Health's Swimming Pool Come and try out Sport and Active Health's Swimming Pool where our qualified swim teachers will be on hand to show you some helpful tips and skills to keep you safe in the water and/or give you a taster of a shallow water-based exercise class. Appropriate Swimwear must be worn to these activities (no shorts or t-shirts, swimwear only) Location: SpAH Swimming Pool (Next to DUSA) *Please register on this Eventbrite page so we can monitor attendance.
