Take Some Breathing Space Bench Opening - Craigtoun Country Park

Join us at Craigtoun Country Park for the launch of a new Take Some Breathing Space bench, creating a welcoming place for people to pause, reflect and connect. The Take Some Breathing Space benches are part of a Scotland-wide initiative encouraging people to take a moment for themselves, have a conversation and look after their mental wellbeing. Come along from 11am to 12.30pm to help us officially welcome the new bench to Craigtoun Country Park. There will be an opportunity to meet people from Change Mental Health and NHS 24 Breathing Space, find out more about the support available and spend some time together in the surroundings of the park. The bench is there to encourage everyone to: • sit and take some breathing space, • spend a few minutes listening or talking, • show kindness and compassion to themselves and others. The event is free and everyone is welcome.
