Using a science backed Positive Psychology framework & a results driven approach, to ensure that success feels as good on the inside, as it looks on the outside! OUR GUEST SPEAKER FOR SEPTEMBER - NICOLA SMITHSON What we’ll be doing Our guest speaker for September is Positive Psychology Coach, Nicola Smithson, who will be leading an uplifting and interactive workshop on identifying what you really want & who you need to become to make your VISION a REALITY ! Vision Board Workshop: Visualise Your Future, Become Your Best Possible Self ! This isn't your typical vision board workshop! We're going beyond cutting out pictures and creating something pretty. Using evidence-based Positive Psychology techniques, we'll explore the science behind visualisation, the power of your Best Possible Self, and how the way you think, feel and see yourself can influence the future you create. You'll have the opportunity to reflect on what truly matters to you, get clear on the life you want to build and explore the person you need to become to make those aspirations a reality. We'll then bring that vision to life through your own personal vision board, creating something meaningful that inspires you and reminds you of what you're working towards. Come ready to dream, reflect and give yourself permission to think bigger about what's possible for you! If you took part in the strengths workshop last month, bring those with you! If you didn't drop me a message & I can help you! 🌈 Our commitment to inclusion At AURA, we are proud to be a welcoming and inclusive community for all women — including trans women. We stand firmly for kindness, fairness and dignity, and actively oppose discrimination in any form. Every woman deserves to feel safe, respected and supported. We are continually evolving our community guidelines to reflect these values and welcome open dialogue as we grow together. AURA is a space where all women can thrive. We can’t wait to welcome you 💫 Nic x
