CHIC Conference & Exhibition 2027

Making It Happen - Bringing the social housing sector together to turn shared challenges into collaborative action and deliver better homes We aim to bring together senior leaders and professionals from across the housing sector including social landlords, contractors, suppliers and consultants to share insights, explore innovation and strengthen best practice across asset management, procurement and service delivery. The conference features two stages of expert discussions, hosted by Mark Easton, former BBC Home Editor and Vicky Spratt, a leading housing journalist, covering a wide range of important topics in the housing sector. Alongside these sessions, the exhibition offers valuable opportunities to network with other housing professionals, suppliers and thought leaders. Sharing knowledge and best practice will be key to making the most of the sector’s changing landscape.
