Crewe Film Society: Pan's Labyrinth

Guillermo del Toro’s dark fantasy follows a young girl through a world of mythical creatures and real-world horrors. £5, BYO snacks and cushion! What's the story? Set in post-Civil War Spain, young Ofelia moves with her pregnant mother to live with her cruel stepfather, a fascist army captain. She discovers a mysterious labyrinth where a mythical faun sets her three dangerous tasks, blurring the line between fantasy and reality.
