Taxation and Valuation Stephen Hall brings a dual perspective for the first evening of the series: he lectures at Harper Adams University, so he's teaching the next generation of rural professionals and he's also the director of Farmland Market, a property portal built specifically for estates, farms, country houses, smallholdings, land and forestry. He's watching the rural property market move in real time, not just from an academic distance. The first half of the evening is a taxation and valuation update. The second half turns to Farmland Market. The changes in the marketing landscape, from someone building the tools that are shaping it.
