Join us for a fun in-person hike exploring the Three Shires Head Gradbach Peak District in the Peaks – great views and good vibes! Fast Fitness Run Club Presents… Three Shires Head from Gradbach Sunday 11th October 2026 Join the Fast Fitness community for our next Peak District adventure as we take on the scenic Three Shires Head route from Gradbach. Starting near the peaceful village of Gradbach, we’ll journey through open countryside, rugged moorland, riverside paths and classic Peak District scenery before reaching the famous Three Shires Head—the point where Derbyshire, Staffordshire and Cheshire meet. The area is best known for its historic stone packhorse bridge, flowing waterfalls and picturesque pools along the River Dane. This circular hike offers the perfect mix of beautiful views, varied terrain and a rewarding challenge. Expect rocky paths, hills, streams and plenty of opportunities to stop, take in the scenery and capture some brilliant photos along the way. Whether you regularly hike or you’re looking to try something new, this event is all about getting outdoors, moving together and enjoying a great day with a welcoming community. 🧊☕️ Powered by our very own Brummie & Brew so we'll be bringing them along and you'll be able to grab yourselves your favourite iced coffees and drinks of choice! What to expect 🥾 Approximately 10–12 km of hiking ⛰️ A moderately challenging route across varied terrain ⏱️ Around 3.5–4.5 hours, including breaks 🌊 Rivers, waterfalls, open moorland and countryside views 📸 Plenty of scenic photo opportunities☕ Iced coffees available from Brummie & Brew 🍴 An optional post-hike meal What to bring Please arrive prepared with: • Suitable hiking boots or sturdy walking shoes • Weather-appropriate clothing and waterproof layers • Enough water and snacks for the route • A small backpack • Any personal medication you may require • Plenty of energy and a positive attitude October conditions in the Peak District can be wet, muddy and changeable, so suitable footwear and warm, waterproof clothing are strongly recommended. Everyone is welcome, whether you’re attending alone or coming with friends and family. The group will walk together, with breaks taken throughout the route.
