An evening to nourish, restore & glow Start your ritual with a calming herbal tea, before moving into a slow, mindful yoga flow led by Breathe with Kate. Then enjoy a bespoke facial Gua Sha massage tutorial with Chloé from Luer Studios, learning techniques to release facial tension, encourage circulation and leave your skin feeling refreshed and radiant. Finalise your session with a comforting sheet mask and guided meditation — giving you space to slow down, breathe and reconnect.
