GirlsTrek x Berghaus: Your Haus. Your Hills.

Make the Peak District your Haus for the day. A day of walking, slowing down, breathing deeply, connecting with nature and if you feel it, taking a plunge. We’ll explore some of the Peak District’s most beautiful landscapes, taking in Three Shires Head and Lud’s Church, before finding a quiet spot in nature for a special Slow Session (Breathwork and Meditation) with Anna Murray. It’s about taking your time, looking around and actually being present. What to Expect? 9:00am — Meet & welcome We’ll meet at our designated meeting point, get settled, meet and run through the plan for the day. 9:15am — Set off We’ll head into the Peak District together. Expect beautiful views, woodland, moorland, streams, valleys and plenty of opportunities to stop, chat, take photos and enjoy the surroundings. 12.6km hike, at a steady, social pace. We’ll move together as a group and take breaks along the way, but please make sure you’re happy with the physical demands of the experience before booking. A Slow Session with Anna Murray Along the way, we’ll take some time to stop, slow down and reconnect with ourselves and the landscape around us. Anna Murray will guide us through a breathwork and meditation session, designed to help us pause, reset and become more present. Optional Wild Dip After the Slow Session, there’ll be the option to take a refreshing dip at Panniers Pool. This is completely optional. You can enjoy the moment from the sidelines, warm up and continue the walk. We expect the full experience to take approximately 5 hours, depending on the pace of the group and time spent enjoying the different stops.
