Heritage Open Days - Lightwood Guided Tour

Explore Nestlé's regenerated Lightwood site, a former reservoir now thriving with wildlife. Take a guided walk around Nestlé’s Lightwood land and discover how nature has flourished through our regeneration efforts on what was once a reservoir. Along the route, you'll see remnants of the former reservoir infrastructure and learn how the site has been transformed into a thriving habitat, carefully managed in partnership with the Derbyshire Wildlife Trust. Please note that parts of the walk may be steep and uneven. We recommend wearing suitable footwear and clothing, and coming prepared for the weather conditions on the day.
