Join us in-person to explore why preventing workplace harm matters more than wellbeing perks, followed by a walk through Alton Towers. Have you heard about the Prevention, not Perks White Paper? Whether you have or not, come along to this in-person event to explore why lifestyle perks, such as yoga sessions or wellbeing apps, are unlikely to fix actual harm that may be happening in your organisation. These initiatives cannot overcome fundamental root causes such as: • Poor job design • Excessive workloads • Unclear roles and responsibilities This session will review the key messages from the White Paper and consider what may actually make a difference in creating healthier, safer and more sustainable workplaces. Stay for the Christmas lights After the discussion, you're invited to stay and enjoy a walk through the Alton Towers Christmas Lights with Angela Roberts, Health and Safety Director at Alton Towers. A great opportunity to continue the conversation, network with fellow members and enjoy the festive atmosphere. Important note: The presentation will take place from 2:00pm to 3:00pm. Attendees are welcome to arrive from 1:30pm for registration and refreshments. The guided walk will take place after the presentation and is optional for those who wish to participate. This is an in‑person event. Please only register if you are able to travel to the venue. This is your opportunity to expand your knowledge and enhance your professional journey.
