MAYCO DEMOS AT OUR OPEN DAY on Saturday 3 October 2026 We're delighted to welcome Todd Hickerson of Mayco back to Potclays for a full day of Open Day demos in addition to four full-day glazing workshops running fromTuesday to Friday. At our Open Day, we'll be running three 1 hour product training sessions at 10am, 11.30am, and 1.30pm. The content (demo and Q&A) is repeated at each session. Demo places are free but limited to 20 seated places at each session, so booking is essential. A full range of Mayco products will be available to purchase at Open Day discounts. We're delighted to welcome Todd Hickerson of Mayco back to Potclays for four full-day mid-high fire glaze workshops, plus a day of demos at our Open Day. These workshops are designed to provide hands-on learning with Mayco products. Todd will help you explore a variety of Mayco products including Stoneware, Stroke and Coat, Fundamentals Underglazes, E-Z Strokes. Jungle Gems, Fluxes, Washes, Engobes, Designer Liner, and Silkscreens. You will learn how these products create great results from cone 06-10, and cover the best practices using Mayco glazes to achieve new and unique looks. Build confidence to take your glazing skills further, experiment more, and make the most out of just a few glazes with this class! The workshops will take place on Tuesday 29/9, Wednesday 30/9, Thursday 1/10 and Friday 2/10 from 10:00am to 4:00pm. The content of the Tuesday workshop is repeated on Thursday, and likewise for the Wednesday and Friday workshop. Please note that due to high demand for places, we can only offer one ticket per person. Please do not book multiple tickets under the same name.
