"Moving with Life" Biodanza Workshop

Moving with Life: A Biodanza afternoon exploring vitality, spontaneity and the joy of movement, music and being together. Moving with Life Life is constantly moving, changing and unfolding — and so are we. Through music, movement and encounters with others, Biodanza invites us to explore our vitality, spontaneity and the simple pleasure of being alive. "Moving with Life" is an invitation to enjoy movement, be present, express ourselves and rediscover the joy of sharing experiences with others. Throughout the afternoon, we'll share two Biodanza vivencias, with a break in between to relax, enjoy some food and spend time together. Whether you're completely new to Biodanza or have been dancing for years, you're warmly welcome to join us. These monthly gatherings are an opportunity to come and experience Biodanza, meet us, connect with others and get to know the beautiful space that will become the home of the Biodanza School in Manchester from September 2027. We’ll share two Biodanza sessions together, with a break in between to relax, connect and share some food. 📅 Saturday 31st October ⏰ 1pm–6pm 💛 Early Bird £35 Full Price £45 when paid after 26th October Booking in advance is essential.
