September’s morning is centred around grounding, root chakra energy, Reiki, seasonal reflection and the symbolism of the Tree of Life.𝐓𝐡𝐢𝐬 𝐢𝐬 𝐧𝐨𝐭 𝐣𝐮𝐬𝐭 𝐚𝐧 𝐚𝐫𝐭 𝐰𝐨𝐫𝐤𝐬𝐡𝐨𝐩.It is a softly held retreat morning designed especially for sensitive souls, deep feelers, over-givers, tired nervous systems and anyone who has been carrying a lot. Over the morning, you’ll be gently guided through grounding practices, Reiki-infused visualisation, seasonal journalling prompts and intuitive creative expression.You’ll create your own Tree of Life painting, using colour, symbolism and intention to explore what helps you feel rooted, held and restored as you step into the next season of your life.Because I work intuitively as well as creatively, each guest will also receive a short private 1:1 three-month soul reflection reading during the morning — a personal reading to help you tune into what wants to be strengthened, released, nourished or restored over the coming months.
