Join Andrew Elson for an evening of deep relaxation, healing sounds and gentle meditation. Using gongs, singing bowls, shamanic drum and other sacred instruments, this immersive experience is designed to help calm the mind, release stress and restore balance. Whether you are completely new to sound healing or a regular attendee, this event offers a welcoming space to relax, unwind and reconnect with yourself. Please Bring • Yoga mat, camp bed or reclining chair• Pillow and blanket for comfort• Bottle of water• Warm, comfortable clothing Health & Safety Sound baths are generally safe and relaxing for most people.
