The Netwalk Network Fallow Forest -Business Women Networking whilst Walking

High-level connection, movement, cognitive boost and productivity insurance for women in business & female leaders ready to Walk the Talk. Perhaps you have felt that familiar midday slump where the office walls feel just a little too close, and your energy begins to fray at the edges. I think we have all spent far too many hours chained to a desk trying to force a breakthrough when what we really needed was fresh air, movement, and a space to recalibrate. Welcome to The Wellbeing Netwalk for Women at Fallow Forest. This is not just another networking event where you hand out business cards over lukewarm coffee. This is your Productivity Insurance. Designed exclusively for women business owners, executives, and freelancers, this monthly two-hour session blends the raw, grounding power of the Cannock Chase trails with expert-led insights into women's health, midlife vitality, and high performance. The Trail Rhythm We meet at the wonderful Fallow Forest Café to anchor our intentions before stepping out onto the woodland paths. • 10am - 10.15am - Arrival, Welcome & Briefing at the Café: Everyone arrives at Fallow Forest Café, grabs a hot drink if they wish, and gathers together out of the elements. • 10.15 - 11.15 The Uninterrupted Trek & Partner Rotations: We head out into the trees where you get a full, continuous hour of walking and talking.. The leader runs partner swaps throughout the loop, so everyone gets to connect with different women and discuss the business-meets-wellbeing prompts. This is your time to disconnect from the screen, engage in meaningful conversations, and let the rhythmic motion clear your mental fog. • 11.15 - 11.45 The Masterclass & Sensory Reset: When we return to the shelter and warmth of the café, grab a fresh brew and then we settle in for our monthly mini wellbeing salon. Here, The Wellbeing Sherpa unpack the essentials of wellbeing for women, diving deep into topics such as hormone balance, anti-ageing, blood sugar stability, stress management, longevity and cognitive stamina. We may even be paired with something from our signature Sherpa Kitbag to enhance your experience. • 11.45 - 12.00 The Connection (15 Mins): We wrap up with open, organic 121 networking, allowing you to swap ideas, build lasting alliances, enjoy the community and maybe even order lunch. The Details for your Kitbag: • Investment: Free £0 • Audience: Women business owners, female founders, executives, and freelancers. • Location: Fallow Forest Café, starting and finishing right on the edge of Cannock Chase. • What to Bring: Comfortable walking shoes, weather-appropriate layers, and an open mind. We walk regardless of what the British weather decides to do, because true resilience is built outside the comfort zone. However, if it is really rough. We will stay at Fallow Forest for speed networking in place of the netwalk. Are you ready to step out of the daily grind and join a community of women who know how to grow a business without burning out?
