Join the Wonder of Laughter session at our Laughter Yoga Club! This is a fun, in-person event where we mix laughter and yoga to shake off stress, improve health and wellbeing, lift mood and spread good vibes. No yoga experience necessary, just bring your smile and get ready to laugh your heart out. Come join us and feel the joy live. The event includes a number of laughter practices and the yoga element is the incorporation of yogic breathing techniques and a short (ish) yoga nidra meditation at the end. This event is suitable for all ages and abilities with an accessible venue. Laughter is guaranteed!
