Xmas Floating Sound Bath Experience

Float into deep relaxation with a unique pool sound bath. Let water support you as calming frequencies restore mind, body and balance. Event Overview Step into a deeply immersive experience with Andrew Elson of Shaman’s Rest, where sound and water come together to create a powerful space for relaxation and reset. This floating sound bath invites you to gently rest on the water as Andrew guides you through a live sound journey using gongs, crystal bowls and therapeutic instruments.
