Trosolwg Mae'r rhan fwyaf o bobl sy'n defnyddio offer AI heddiw yn cael canlyniadau generig. Maent yn gofyn cwestiwn ac yn cael ateb cyffredinol - defnyddiol efallai, ond ddim yn arbennig o berthnasol i'w busnes. Mae'r rheswm yn syml: Nid yw AI yn gwybod dim amdanynt. They ask a question and receive a general answer — useful perhaps, but not particularly relevant to their business. The reason is straightforward: AI knows nothing about them. This workshop shows attendees how to change that. The session opens with a live demonstration using three pre-built AI personas, each given a different character and context. Attendees see immediately how the same question produces dramatically different results depending on what foundation the AI has been given. The principle is clear: context transforms output. From there, attendees work through a structured interview method to build a foundation document for their own business — a description that gives AI the context it needs to be genuinely useful. That foundation then becomes the starting point for something more practical: using meta prompting to brief ChatGPT to build a simple news and events monitoring agent, which is built and tested live during the session. The session is designed as a guided walkthrough. Attendees do not need to arrive with anything prepared. Even those working with placeholder information will experience the full process and leave with everything they need to complete it properly at home. Attendees who already have some experience with AI tools can join at Workshop 2 or 3 without having attended the earlier sessions. However, attending all three gives the best overall experience and the most practical value. All three workshops are suitable for business owners, managers, employees and advisors.
