When we cultvate a safe space it becomes more easy to access our emotions, feel and release them. You're invited to let go of what you've been carrying, as the weight of these suppressed emotions can cause strain and create overwhelm in the nervous system, leaving us suffering with chronic stress, pain and discomfort. Together we create a judgement free zone. Anything you wish to share, or release is welcome. This is a time for you and a safe container. So please do express any requests to get your needs met and honour your being - all of you is welcome here. This space is protected by professional confidentiality.
