Join us for a hearty Feast & Fire experience full of smoky flavours, rustic sides, good company and the warmth of the fire. Feast & Fire – A Taste of TexasSaturday 14th November | 7pm As the nights draw in and the winter chill sets in, there's no better place to be than around an open fire, with good food, great company and something delicious cooking over the flames. Join us for another Feast & Fire evening, this time with a Texan twist. For this event, chef Tony will be bringing a taste of Texas to the firepit, creating a hearty, flavour-packed feast inspired by the traditions of Texan fire cooking. Expect smoky flavours, beautifully cooked meat, rustic sides and the kind of food that's made for sharing. All cooked over wood fire, with plenty of time, care and a little smoke thrown in for good measure. The evening begins at 7pm. On arrival, please park at the end of the drive, where Martin will be there to welcome you. The drive is uneven, so please take care as you make your way down to the house. You'll find Tony already at the fire, getting things underway. Feel free to wander over, have a chat, watch the cooking unfold or simply unload your drinks and make yourself at home. The cooking takes place outside around the firepit, where you can enjoy the warmth of the flames and watch the evening's feast come together. We'll be eating indoors, so you can escape the winter chill and settle in for a relaxed evening around the table. Of course, if you'd rather stay outside under the stars, you're more than welcome! A few things to know: • Wrap up warm: It's November, and this is a proper winter fire-cooked experience. Bring plenty of warm layers and sensible footwear. • Bring your own drinks: Whatever takes your fancy. We'll provide water and glasses throughout the evening. • Come as you are: No formality, no fuss. Just good food, open-fire cooking and a relaxed atmosphere. After dinner, there's no rush to head home. Enjoy another drink, head back outside to the fire or settle in indoors and enjoy the company.
