Get ready to sweat and push your limits with Darren Jeffries in this high-energy men's circuit training session. On Sunday I’ll be hosting two completely free men’s workouts.Training has been one of the most important tools in my own life, but what I’ve come to appreciate more and more is the power of doing it alongside other people.These sessions will be accessible regardless of fitness level or training experience. You absolutely do not need to be fit enough to join in.Turn up. Move. Work hard. Have a laugh. Meet some good people. What to bring: Water, suitable trainers and comfortable, weather-appropriate clothing you can move in.100 Miles for Men’s Mental Health This year I’m also taking this message a little further.Starting at midday on 31 October, I’ll attempt to run 100 miles, 100 laps of Fenrod Lake, finishing on 1 November to mark the beginning of Movember.I’m doing it in support of Movember and to raise money and awareness for men’s mental health.But I don’t want it to just be me running around a lake for 100 miles.Throughout the challenge I’ll be encouraging people to come down, walk or run laps alongside me, have conversations, support each other and be part of something that hopefully gets people talking.Because ultimately, the message behind those 100 miles is the same as what I’m hoping to create at Wellfest:Men don’t have to struggle alone.Looking after your mental health doesn’t always have to start with a huge conversation.Sometimes it starts with getting outside, moving your body, being around good people and having a conversation you might not otherwise have had.I’m really looking forward to being part of the weekend and hopefully getting plenty of men involved.
