Paella on the Patio: The Black Paella Finale

We’re finishing Paella on the Patio with a dramatic Spanish black paella, rich with squid ink and seafood. Dine in or pre-order to take away We’re bringing Paella on the Patio to a suitably dramatic close with black paella—arroz negro. Made with squid ink, seafood, saffron, rich stock and rice cooked until it develops that all-important crispy base, it’s bold, savoury and unmistakably Spanish. Served with lemon and garlicky aioli alongside. Join us on the patio for the final Thursday of our Spanish series, with Spanish wines, cold beers, vermouth and accompaniments available throughout the evening. Come down, grab a table and make an evening of it—or pre-order a plate to collect on your way home.
