Underhill Talks Alex Waters: Natural Wisdom & Innate Resilience

The 3 Principles of Innate Health is a simple and profound understanding of how we are creating our own experience of life from moment to moment. When we remember that wisdom and resilience are built into our system, we experience more peace, hope, insight, connection, creativity and ease – no matter what circumstances we are dealing with! Alex Waters has been facilitating Innate Resilience/ 3 Principles courses, workshops and training, and supporting young people/ adults in her private practice since 2015. For the past few years, she has facilitated courses for the community at Swansea Wellbeing Centre (for the Bay and City GP Clusters and the Regional Partnership Board), carers at Swansea Carers Centre, and people supported by The Wallich, among others. She also mentors 3 Principles students on The Insight Space 3 Principles Facilitator Training course.
