Christmas at Workshed: TechConnect + Festive Get-Together 10 Dec

Our December TechConnect starts early and runs into the Workshed Christmas get-together. Free, friendly, Bring & Share. TechConnect is a little different in December. We’re starting earlier and rolling straight into the Workshed members’ Christmas get-together, so you get two events in one evening. 4pm: Doors open. Grab a drink and say hello. 4.30 to 5.30pm: Talk from Nick. 6 to 8pm: Christmas get-together in the canteen, with food and drinks from mulled wine to a cup of tea. The Christmas part is Bring & Share. If you can, bring a dish or a bottle to put on the table. If you can’t, come anyway. Who’s it for? Anyone who works in, or is curious about, the creative, digital or tech space around Swindon and Wiltshire. You might work in tech, run your own business, be thinking about starting one, or simply want to hear what people are working on. This isn’t networking. It’s casual, friendly and inclusive. Bring ideas, not business cards. Workshed is a few minutes’ walk from Swindon train station, so it’s easy to get to after work. Free entry. Please book so we know how many to cater for. By booking a ticket, you agree to be added to the Workshed monthly mailing list. If you’d rather not, just let us know.
