In this free training session, Boyz-2-Men offer an engaging, interactive session for adult staff interacting with boys across Wiltshire: And you're invited. Being a role model for young people isn't always easy. For a lot of young boys, a teacher or sports coach may be one of the few adults outside the family who really knows them. So how well do we understand what life is like for boys growing up right now? This session looks at the pressures boys face today and how those can show up in their behaviour, wellbeing and development. It’s built around discussion and hands-on activities rather than a lecture, and it’s open to any adult staff - whether you're in education, sports, medicine, or any other sector. You’ll think about the role you play in shaping their lives, and gain practical ways to talk to, and support, the boys you interact with. Just a practical session led by Boyz-2-Men that you can use at training the following week. Who it’s for Any adult staff who work with or interact with boys. You don’t need experience or specialist knowledge, just an interest in understanding boys better.
