Swap Shop Glos: Charlton Kings

LESS SHOPPING, MORE SWAPPING! On Sunday 15th November, we’re back with another swap shop! Bring what you can, take what you need We are back again with a Winter Swap Shop, as part of CK Futures' "Repair & Share" weekend! Please join us on Sunday April 15th, for a relaxed morning of browsing secondhand children's clothes, toys, games and book, and meeting other likeminded families at The Stanton Suite in Charlton Kings (next to the library). A typical British family spends around £1000 every year on childrenswear, and research estimates that there are almost 200 millions pieces of outgrown baby clothes hidden in attics and cupboards across the UK. So let those unwanted clothes find a fresh home, help local families save money, live more sustainably, and protect the environment - all while building community. We will open for swapping from 9:30 - 11:30am. We hope to see you there! (You do not need to RSVP to attend, but it helps to give us an idea how many people to expect.)
