FIRELIGHT: An Autumn Equinox Celebration

Join us for a cosy evening of candlelit yoga, creativity and reflection to welcome in the new season with community. We are delighted to be hosting our seasonal celebration in the Zen Den again this year! What a magical place to move, create and reflect with others. Our event this equinox will be a lovely mix of yoga, reflection and time to create. Parts of the session will be led by Sophia and Mikaila with opportunities for both sharing and silence. This celebration will also include tea, a light snack, writing materials. We cannot wait to celebrate with you! Please bring a tea mug and an item for our alter that represents warmth to you.
