Move freely to tribal driven beats & dance music, on a journey to celebrate our shared rhythm in a vibrant, sober, community space! Ritual Rhythms: Conscious Dance Rave Ritual Date & Time: October 4th, 2026, 2:30-5pm Venue: St Gluvias Community Hall, Penryn Join us for a vibrant community sober ecstatic dance experience! Begin your journey with an optional ceremonial cacao served beforehand to awaken your senses. We then flow into a playful group warm-up, preparing your body and spirit for the dance ahead. Immerse yourself and allow your body to move however it wants to through a carefully curated dance journey featuring tribal rhythms, South American folktronica, sweeping ambient moods, tech-house, breakbeats, and everything in between! We close the dance in stillness with with live soundscapes and a heartfelt closing circle to unite and celebrate our shared rhythm. As an ecstatic or conscioous dance space we share certain guidelines together: • It is a sober space free of stimulants (aside from a little cacao!) • We dance barefoot on the beautiful wooden floor (unoess we need to wear light shoes for medical reasons) • We observe no talking on the dancefloor (although wild tribal whooping is enjoyed!) • No phones on the dancefloor or out in the space • We start and close the dance together - please arrive & be ready to begin by 14:45 14:30 Join us for optional cacao 14:45 Guided group warm up and opening circle 15:00 The dance begins 16:45 Unwind with live soundscapes and closing circle Date & Time: September 20, 2026 at 9:45 AM (BST) Venue: St Gluvias Community Hall, Penryn Please park on Commercial Road and Walk up or in Permarin Car Park
