Tidal x Alma: Workshop 04 - Explore the inner landscape through this writing workshop with Alma by Julia. Writing Your Inner World is a creative workshop exploring the inner landscape through writing, active imagination and Tarot. Inspired by the surrealist practice of automatism and Italo Calvino’s idea of Tarot as a “combinatory narrative machine,” we’ll use the cards as portals for storytelling, imagination and self-discovery. Through playful writing exercises, a guided active imagination meditation and an encounter with an archetype, participants will be invited to explore what lives within. No previous experience with writing or Tarot is needed, just your curiosity and imagination. About the facilitator: Julia Albertoni is a Brazilian writer and the founder of Alma, a writing studio where imagination meets wellbeing. Her first novel is a work of fiction inspired by the Tarot, imagining a magical realm where the archetypes of the Major Arcana come alive. Alongside her writing practice, Julia has worked for over a decade as a curator and arts producer, supporting interdisciplinary artists and creating spaces for creative exploration.
