Set in a beautiful countryside location, you can expect a relaxed festival atmosphere where campervans, tents, and good vibes come together. 🚐 Camping & Community- Pitch up with your campervan or tent and be part of a welcoming, friendly community. This is a space to relax, connect, and enjoy the simple pleasures of outdoor living. 🍔 Street Food & Traders - Tuck into a variety of food vendors and browse unique trade stands offering everything from festival gear to handmade goods. 🐾 Fun for Everyone- Expect activities across the weekend including a Dog Show and plenty of space for kids and families to enjoy. Live Music, DJ, Dog Show, and Entertainment Ticket Information All tickets will be sent by post 7–10 days prior to the event. NO ELECTRIC ON SITE. � Camping Information • Standard camping pitch size: 8m x 6m • Camping is suitable for: • • Campervans • Tents • Tent Boxes • Cars with tents • Small motorhomes • Caravans (up to 8m) Under 18s Policy (Friday–Sunday)Anyone under the age of 18 must be accompanied by a parent, guardian, or family member aged 21 or over. The responsible adult must remain on-site for the full duration of the event. Unaccompanied under 18s will not be permitted entry. Vehicle Passes All vehicles must have a valid vehicle pass • Vechicle passes will be sent with the tickets. Please have this displayed at all times. Vehicle Size Restrictions (Strictly Enforced) No caravans over 8m • No motorhomes over 8m • Vehicles exceeding limits will be refused entry – no exceptions Disabled Camping Available for Blue Badge holders only • Vehicle size restrictions still apply Location Clearview Farm Bridgnorth, Shropshire, WV15 5NZ FIELD OPPOSITE THE FARM SHOP WHAT 3 WORDS: ///REQUEST.IGNITES.INSPECTED ⏰ Gate Opening Times Campers: • Friday: Gates open 2:00pm – 9:00pm • Sunday : You must be off site by 15:30pm. � Flags & Poles Flags on poles are permitted in the campsite and public car park areas only. � Drones Drones are not permitted unless: • Prior permission has been granted by the organiser • A valid CAA certificate is held • Appropriate drone insurance is provided � Facilities We provide: • Regularly cleaned toilet facilities • Fresh running water • Waste disposal points • Elsan tanks for chemical toilet disposal ♿ Disabled Access We aim to make the event as accessible as possible: • Designated disabled camping area. • Disabled Toilets by camping area and entertainment. • Assistance from on-site stewards Please note: • The event takes place on a working field, and ground conditions may be uneven • Access may be more challenging in adverse weather If you have specific requirements, please contact us in advance. � Food & Drink Enjoy a variety of food and drink options throughout the weekend, including: • Pizzeria • Cottage Farm Kitchen- we offer loaded fries and grilled panini sandwiches which are tailored to everyone including vegetarians and gluten free. • Burger Van • Licensed Bar �️ Litter & Waste • Large Bins will be in locations around the field. • Please respect the countryside and local wildlife • Where possible, we encourage you to take your rubbish home � Dogs • Dogs are welcome at the festival • Dogs are not permitted inside the entertainment marquee during peak periods • Please keep dogs under control and on leads at all times. � Prohibited Items For safety reasons, the following are strictly prohibited: • Chinese lanterns (of any kind) • No Campfires or disposable BBQ’s are allowed on site.
