Expect a mix of:🏃♂️ Fun sports & relay games 🎯 Throwing, catching & coordination activities ⚖️ Balance & movement challenges 🏋️ Circuits & cardio activities 🤝 Team & partner games 🧘 Mobility & movement exercises 🎲 Fun action-based games & activities 💃 Creative movement & improvisation 🌟 Lots of opportunities to play, explore and get active!
