Bleuevment Parent & Child Movement Sessions Designed for children approximately 6 months–5 years, our parent and child movement sessions provide a welcoming space for little ones to move, explore and play alongside their grown-up. From babies who are rolling, crawling or finding their feet, to confident walkers who are ready to climb, balance, jump and explore, activities are thoughtfully adapted to meet children at their individual stage of development. Through child-led movement, sensory exploration and playful activities, children can develop strength, balance, coordination, body awareness, confidence and independence — without pressure to move beyond what feels right for them. Every child can take part in their own way. I will support parents and carers in adapting activities where needed, offering different ways to explore the same movement experience so that younger children, early walkers and more confident movers can all feel included and challenged appropriately. What to Expect • Age and developmentally appropriate movement opportunities • Activities that can be adapted for different abilities and stages • Climbing, balancing, crawling, carrying, jumping and exploring • Child-led play and sensory experiences • Opportunities to build confidence, coordination and body awareness • A calm, supportive space for children and their grown-ups • Time to connect with other families Arrival & Pause Space We recommend arriving 10 minutes before the session to allow time for parking, settling in and helping your child feel comfortable. After the session, families are invited to stay for our Pause Space — a gentle opportunity to enjoy a drink and snack, connect with other families and slow down before heading into the rest of your day. Spaces are limited to help keep the session relaxed and enjoyable for everyone. Please note: This is a parent/carer-accompanied session. Children remain the responsibility of their accompanying adult throughout the event.
