Inner Ceremony Journey is a gently guided, small-group evening in Moseley, where we move together through connection, embodiment, expression, healing, and deep rest. Through ceremonial cacao & botanical elixir, guided somatic movement, immersive sound, and Yoga Nidra, this is a space to drop the masks, feel fully, and listen to the wisdom held in your body. Healing arises naturally here - through awareness, presence, and gentle permission. About the Hosts Dionne Roberts - The Sleep Whisperer Dionne brings a soulful, calm and deeply nurturing presence to every space she holds. Known in her community as The Sleep Whisperer, she lovingly guides people into states of relaxation, nervous system regulation and restorative rest. Through offerings such as Yoga Nidra and sound‑based experiences, Dionne helps participants access deep rest and integration through embodied awareness and receptive listening. Her work is about creating gentle, embodied containers where presence replaces performance, allowing the body and heart to breathe, soften and unfold. Izabela Turowska‑Lawska Izabela is an intuitive practitioner and ceremonial guide with a long‑standing devotion to somatic presence, embodied healing and heart‑centred ritual. She creates spaces where people are invited to soften, listen to their bodies, and honour their inherent wisdom. With a compassionate and grounded presence, Izabela supports others to reconnect with themselves beyond performance and to meet deep rest with intention and gentleness.
