LYF Glow Run: Indoor Charity Track Session

Join us for a special LYF Glow Run indoor track session at Alexander Stadium, raising funds for Macmillan Cancer Support. This session is especially close to my heart as my sister is currently battling cancer. I want to bring women together through fitness, community, and a meaningful cause. 🏃🏽‍♀️ What to expect: • Fun warm-up and running drills • Sprint intervals and team challenges • Prizes and giveaways • Gift bags available to purchase • A supportive, women-only environment ✨ All fitness levels welcome, whether you're a beginner or a regular runner! 💚 All proceeds from our fundraising activities will go towards Macmillan Cancer Support. We run together. We glow together. We make a difference.
