Sound Bath (Kinver)

Relax and unwind with a deeply soothing sound bath, using therapeutic instruments to calm the mind, release tension and restore balance. Step into a sound bath experience where you'll be surrounded by soothing sounds from various instruments like singing bowls, gongs, and chimes. Allow the vibrations to wash over you, promoting relaxation and deep healing. It's a meditative journey where you can expect to feel a sense of calmness, inner peace, and rejuvenation as the sound waves resonate throughout your body. Most participants choose to enjoy a sound bath lying down in a comfortable position, but you are also welcome to enjoy the experience seated if preferred. Please bring with you a mat, blanket, cushions/pillows , anything you need to stay warm and comfortable during the session. All these items can be provided.. I have a limited amount please let me know in advance if there is anything you require. The Sound Bath will take place in the main hall (no entry before 7.05 pm) at The Edward Marsh Centre.
