The Breathwork Experience – Deep Release & Nervous System Reset

A powerful Breathwork experience to release what your body’s been holding onto for far too long ... and feeling bloody AMAZING again! The Breathwork Experience Feeling stressed, overwhelmed, stuck or just fed up with carrying everything? This is two hours to stop, breathe and give yourself some space. Using Conscious Connected Breathwork, I’ll guide you through a powerul experience designed to help you release some of the physical and emotional stuff your body has been holding onto. You don’t need any experience. Just turn up as you are. What does Breathwork feel like? Everyone experiences it differently. You might feel emotional. You might laugh, cry, shake or make noise. You might have a big release, or simply feel deeply relaxed and notice something shift. “I was absolutely blown away… it was something I didn’t even know I needed.” — Liz How might you feel afterwards?
