Join Project Waterfall & Ithaka Coffee to explore the vital role of water in coffee, from production to the final cup. Water in Coffee: An Evening with Project Waterfall & Ithaka Coffee Join Project Waterfall and Ithaka Coffee for an evening exploring the invaluable role that water plays throughout the coffee supply chain. The evening will feature a thought-provoking panel discussion, followed by an interactive Q&A, a coffee cupping session, and the opportunity to network with fellow attendees over refreshments. Maxwell Colonna-Dashwood, Founder of Colonna & Small's and author of The Coffee Dictionary and Water for Coffee, will moderate the panel discussion, bringing his expertise and insight to the conversation. Project Waterfall is a charity bringing clean water, sanitation and education to coffee-growing communities around the world. Rather than charging for tickets, we're inviting guests to make a donation if they're able. Just £30 can provide one person with clean water for life, so every contribution makes a real difference. By registering for this event, you agree that your registration details may be shared with Project Waterfall and Ithaka Coffee for the purposes of event administration and relevant follow-up communications.
