Handling Anger In The Family - Family Support Course (York area)

A 5 week course to help parents understand their own anger & their children's, giving positive strategies to help manage it well. Anger can be a real taboo issue in parenting conversations. We want to change this at Family Matters York! Anger is a natural emotion, but a lot of us don’t know where it comes from or what to do with it – and this can have a really negative impact on family life.
