Remedies for Rubbish Days: Tea-Making at Selby Abbey | BIG STRONG MAN

Write your own daft remedy for a rubbish day. Free brew, good company, no experience needed. For Selby men at the Abbey. What's your cure for a rotten Monday? The old herb book at Selby Abbey is packed with remedies, so we're writing our own. Make a brew, dream up daft cures for modern problems and share them if you fancy. Free for Selby men. No experience, no religion, no pressure, just good company. BIG STRONG MAN This event is part of our BIG STRONG MAN project - a community-led men’s mental health programme delivered across Scarborough and Selby. The workshops explore themes of men’s mental health, loneliness and suicide prevention through meaningful engagement activity: celebrating the area, signposting participants to support services, teaching them creative ways to manage their mental wellbeing and campaigning for social change.
