Join us for a really exciting session featuring guest speaker Frankie Haynes who will deliver a fantastic session: From Courage to Confidence Many women are told they need more confidence, but what if confidence isn't the starting point? In this interactive workshop, Frankie explores the courage it takes to take action before confidence arrives. Through honest discussion, practical reflection and a real-world challenge, attendees will identify what's holding them back, understand how progress builds confidence, and leave with a clear action they can take to move their business or career forward. In this session, attendees will: • Explore why courage, not confidence, is often the first step towards growth. • Identify the barriers that can prevent them from taking action. • Reflect on what feels at risk when making changes, pursuing opportunities or backing new ideas. • Work through a real challenge in their business or career. • Learn how action, learning and recognising progress can build lasting confidence. • Leave with a practical next step and a plan to move forward. Frankie Haynes is a Growth Adviser, business owner and angel investor, with experience spanning senior leadership roles at Hotel Chocolat, Bensons for Beds, Costcutter, B&Q, Paperchase and Aldi. She has spent her career delivering rapid profitable growth, transforming challenged businesses and leading teams through significant change. Today, she runs Haynes Growth Advisory, helping ambitious businesses grow with clarity, capability and pace, alongside running Funphix UK and investing in early-stage startups and female-founded businesses. Her breadth of experience provides a unique understanding of the commercial decisions and personal pressures that come with building, growing and leading a business.
