Sisters of the Vale: The Women Within

A welcoming women’s circle listening for the quiet, overlooked or long-silenced parts of ourselves that need to be heard. Sisters of the Vale - The Woman Within Sisters of the Vale: A Three-Part Women’s Circle Part Three: The Women Within A welcoming space for women to pause, connect and explore who they are beneath the expectations, roles and stories that accumulate around us. As we approach the winter solstice, this final gathering invites us to enter the quiet and listen inwardly. We will consider the different women we have been throughout our lives, including the parts of ourselves that may have been overlooked, neglected or silenced. Through guided reflection, shared conversation and thoughtfully designed activities, we will ask ourselves: What part of me needs to be heard, and how might I begin to give it a voice? Come exactly as you are. You are welcome to share as much or as little as feels comfortable. Sisters of the Vale is a three-part women’s circle, but each gathering is booked separately and can be attended on its own. You do not need to attend all three sessions.
